I’m Barbara Sosa, LMHC, Clinical Director of Bethesda Revive Counseling Services in Tampa, Florida. I’m a certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) practitioner. I specialize in trauma, attachment wounds, and the lasting effects of painful relationships. I help adults who feel stuck in anxiety, PTSD, grief, shame, abandonment fears, intrusive memories, or repeating relationship patterns. Many of them have already tried talk therapy without the relief they hoped for.

ART is one of my core tools, and I integrate it with emotionally focused (EFIT/EFT), AEDP, IFS-informed, and Schema Therapy approaches. I offer standard sessions and trauma-focused therapy intensives for clients who want deeper, faster progress. I also work with couples.

I provide therapy in English and Spanish (terapia en español). I see clients in person in Tampa and via telehealth throughout Florida. Christian faith-integrated counseling is available for clients who want it.
