Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate
ART Trained Therapist
Hi and welcome! Beginning or continuing your therapy journey can present many challenging feelings. I hope to make that journey feel as safe, welcoming, affirming, and empowering as possible. Creating a space that is client-centered, accessible, authentic, and non-judgmental is a priority. My therapeutic approach is relational, trauma-informed, and client-centered at its core. In addition to that foundation and ART, I often utilize concepts and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/Trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT/TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Feminist Theory, Play Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I use these approaches when working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults.
I strive to create safe spaces for those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, or life transitions. As a former Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault therapy intern, I welcome survivors of violence and abuse and commit to supporting you through your journey to safety, healing, and empowerment.
