I am a family therapist with a passion for processing trauma and parent training. I look at the way your nervous system adapted to how you were raised and help you retrain your nervous system to break generational cycles of emotional intolerance by guiding you through behavioral interventions to use at home with your kids. I also work with many individuals with a past of family and partner trauma. I do not, however, work in crisis level care so please seek that out if you are in danger or in crisis.
