ART Trained Therapist
If you’re a cycle breaker, adjusting to a life transition, or just want to feel heard - therapy is a space where you don’t have to justify your pain or downplay your experiences. You’re probably holding it together most of the time. You don’t have to do that here. Whether you need to revisit the past or learn how to move forward-I’m here to help.
My clients are often dysregulated, stuck, surviving on dark humor and stress hormones. I work with ages 8 and up. My clients are usually overwhelmed women, silently unraveling men, & emerging teens/young adults who are navigating modern chaos. I also utilize expressive arts with children who struggle with anxiety/stress.
I have 12 years of experience treating individuals using a holistic, trauma/hope informed approach. I’m laid back and bring warmth, realness, and humor to help you recenter. I use ART, somatic, and narrative strategies for processing along with skill building to form healthier habits. Let's renew your zeal for life and reconnect with those dormant parts of yourself.
Something clicked when I learned that my brain tries to protect me at all costs. As a traumatized brain does, it becomes overactive and we start to avoid discomfort. If you feel your nervous system has taken over or you no longer feel your mind is a safe place, I see you. If you feel called to learn more about the mind/body connection, please reach out.

You suffer more from the story you repeat in your mind than from the event itself. Let it go and become free.
