Welcome! I’m Hayley Steinmetz, M.A., LPC, therapist and owner of Core Counseling, LLC. I provide therapy for adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, depression, and relationship concerns.

I work collaboratively with each client to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. I tailor therapy to your needs and goals, move at a pace that feels right for you, and may incorporate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) when it feels like a good fit.

I offer in-person therapy in Bland, Missouri, and online therapy throughout Missouri. Feel free to reach out at info@corecounselingstl.com to learn more or see if we might be a good fit.

I look forward to hearing from you!
