She works with clients who feel stuck - in worry, hopelessness, racing thoughts, relationship problems, or past painful events that won't let go. Heather uses ART as a powerful tool that can release distress so clients can move forward. ART is available at in-person sessions. Other therapies are available for in-person or virtual sessions.
