I am Angela van den Heuvel, the Executive Director and Lead Counsellor at Bring2Life Creative Counselling. As a Registered Social Worker, I specialize in Play-Based Therapy with training in Early Childhood Neurological Development. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy techniques and have also completed additional training as an ADHD Clinical Services Provider. My therapeutic approach is client-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I work hard to create a safe, judgement-free space and ensure that each session moves at your pace with your unique goals in mind.
