As a licensed mental health counselor in Tampa, Florida, I offer trauma-informed therapy using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a therapeutic approach that can help people process distressing memories and experiences. I also incorporate parts work, cognitive and acceptance-based approaches, insight-oriented therapy, and mind-body grounding techniques to support emotional processing, self-understanding, and more effective ways of coping. When helpful, I integrate creative, art-based approaches to explore emotions and experiences that may be difficult to put into words.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your needs. Together, we can slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and identify practical steps forward at a pace that feels manageable. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy, and you don’t have to navigate the process alone.

I offer in-person therapy in Tampa, FL, and virtual therapy throughout Florida, with insurance and private-pay options and select evening and Saturday appointments available.
