Sara Rotger
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Master ART Practitioner
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in working with people who have experienced single-incident or complex trauma and who continue to experience the emotional effects of difficult or overwhelming life experiences.
I incorporate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) into my practice to help clients process distressing experiences, reduce the emotional intensity associated with painful memories, and move toward greater emotional well-being. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed, recognizing that each person's experiences and healing process are unique.
I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and welcome the opportunity to work with individuals seeking relief from the lasting effects of trauma and support in moving forward with their lives.
