MFT - associate
ART Trained Therapist
I work with motivated teens and adults who aren't just hoping for things to be different; they're willing to do something different to get there. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way, clarify what you want to change, and turn insight into action.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is one of the most impressive therapy methods and uses eye movements and visualization to help move distressing images and sensations. My 90-minute ART intensives allow for more concentrated and expedient therapeutic work.
I intentionally keep my caseload small so my work remains individualized and focused on your goals, priorities, and progress.
I am currently obtaining my doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy (DMFT). I hold master's degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy, Distance Learning and Adult Education, and Educational Administration, along with permanent New York State teaching certification.
