Licensed Clinical Social Worker
ART Trained Therapist
I believe in the power within each individual to heal, grow, and to find deep connection to a meaningful life. I am passionate about highlighting strengths in clients and find deep joy in helping people rediscover their true selves.
It takes courage to face what brings us the most pain. My hope is that when you choose to take that step, you will leave therapy feeling not only relief, but also feeling empowered and connected to what is most important to you. I would be honored to be a part of your healing journey.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) (advanced trained), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), among other modalities. I work with individuals teens to adults, and I respect and value the diversity of human expression and experience, providing culturally-informed care for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodiverse communities.

All we have to do in the face of pain is be willing to feel it, and in seeing it clearly and with compassion, it can't help but transform.
