Master's Limited Psychologist
ART Trained Therapist
I’m a master's limited psychologist (LLP) at Stepping Stones Wellness Center in Plymouth, Michigan. I see adults by telehealth anywhere in the state.
My ideal client is weighed down by unresolved trauma or by phobias that have quietly narrowed their life. You’re tired of organizing your world around fear and avoidance. You want room to speak honestly and be met with steadiness. You’re not after a little relief. You want change, and you’re willing to do the work to get it: confront entrenched patterns, process painful experiences, and rebuild a grounded sense of self.
I use ART because it respects your time. It’s structured and focused, and you don’t have to narrate every detail of the worst thing that happened to you to get relief from it. Through eye movements and imagery work, we change how a memory sits with you so it carries less charge and stops running the show. I also use EMDR, depending on what we’re working with.
Underneath the techniques is an existential-humanistic orientation. I’m interested in who you are, not only what’s wrong, and in what you want your life to look like once symptoms stop taking up so much room.
I’m warm and direct, and I’ll ask a lot of you. In return, you get steadiness and a clear plan. If this sounds like you, reach out.

Healing isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about getting back to the one who was there before fear started making the decisions.
