Hello! I'm a registered social worker with a master's degree in counselling. My goal with all clients is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where we can explore what brings you to counselling, at a pace that feels comfortable to you. I have experience working with clients who have trauma, PTSD, anxiety, addictions, anger, and unhealthy relationships with self and others. I practice from a trauma-informed perspective and I strive to work in collaboration with clients.
