Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Master ART Practitioner
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Master Certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) practitioner who has worked in the mental health field since 2017. My experience across a variety of clinical settings has shaped my belief that meaningful change is possible when individuals feel supported, empowered, and challenged to recognize their potential.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, fears, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I am particularly passionate about helping clients address the less visible forms of trauma: experiences that may be dismissed or minimized but continue to impact their emotional well-being, relationships, and daily lives.
My therapeutic style is direct, compassionate, and solution-focused. I believe therapy should be a space where you're invited to be yourself while also being encouraged to challenge patterns that may no longer serve you. I value authenticity, collaboration, and helping clients translate insight into meaningful action. I work best with individuals who are ready to actively participate in their healing, explore new perspectives, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
I was drawn to ART for its evidence-based approach and potential to help individuals experience meaningful relief in a relatively short period of time. Through ART, I aim to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce emotional distress, and move forward without feeling defined by their past.
