I provide a safe, non-judgmental place for clients to work on trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, addictions, life transitions, stress related issues, and grief. My goal is to empower clients to heal, regain control of their lives, rebuild/strengthen relationships and be their best version of themselves. My use of humor, down to earth demeanor and unconditional acceptance makes my approach to therapy relaxing, inviting, and encouraging.
