Libbie Vaughan

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Master ART Practitioner
I've been a social worker for over 30 years and counseling was always a part of every job I held. About 10 years ago, I began providing psychotherapy full-time, and after retiring in 2022 I started my own part-time private practice.
Prior to that, in 2020, my life took a drastic detour when my husband committed suicide. While on my own grief journey, I was introduced to ART and used it to transform the memory of that terrible day. It no longer haunts me and I am able to remember the good times instead.
Now I am trained in ART and passionate about using this remarkable tool to help my clients find freedom from whatever holds them back.
In addition to my clinical experience, I have decades of life experience, which sometimes counts for more than degrees or certificates ever could! My own search for meaning has created a passion in me for working at the intersection of psychotherapy and spirituality. After using ART to clear away the past trauma that holds them back, I love to help clients explore "what's next?"
