Shashi has long been passionate about unwinding the impact of colonialism on people. Freeing up our minds and bodies to minimize transmission of trauma and neglect seemed to be sensible to Shashi. As she took on the principle of harm reduction she deepened in practices of mental health and physical health. After practicing a variety of trauma therapies Shashi was moved by ART which was most dramatic in symptom relief with minimal suffering. Shashi appreciates the range of options available as Master ART Practitioner and applies them for her “Freed Within” approach of relief and strengthening of mind and body.
