With 18 years of experience in addiction and mental health, I’ve provided more than 1,800 Accelerated Resolution Therapy sessions. Every session is 90 minutes, giving you the time and space to work through the process without feeling rushed.

I work with adults and also offer sport performance support for athletes aged 15 and older. I am covered by all major insurance companies as long as your plan covers "Counsellor, Counselling Therapist or Clinical Counsellor"
