I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) practitioner with 12 years of experience working with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.

I work especially well with people who are capable, self-aware, and used to handling a lot. You may be functioning well in your career and everyday life while still dealing with anxiety, a difficult memory, fear, trigger, or emotional reaction that you have not been able to completely shake.

My style is warm, direct, solution focused, and practical. I like to understand where you want to be, what is getting in the way, and what we can do to help you move forward. ART can be especially appealing when there is something specific you want to address and you value a focused, goal-oriented approach to therapy.

I believe therapy works best when we work together. I bring experience, honesty, humor, and practical guidance to the process, and I ask clients to be willing to participate actively in creating the change they want.

Outside of work, I am a serious dog lover and a strong advocate for animals.

I provide private-pay ART by telehealth to adults physically located in Florida, California, Massachusetts, and Illinois.
