Loretta Morgan
Provisional Psychologist
Basic ART Practitioner
I bring a warm, compassionate, and person-centred approach to supporting individuals navigating trauma, emotional difficulties, and life's challenges. My work has a particular focus on trauma, and I am passionate about helping individuals better understand how past experiences can influence their emotions, beliefs, behaviours, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
I am Basic ART trained and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I have completed a Master's in Professional Psychology, and my doctoral research explores the relationships between childhood trauma, schemas, PTSD, complex PTSD, resilience, recovery, and wellbeing.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's unique experiences, needs, and goals. I aim to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they explore difficult experiences and work towards meaningful change.
I believe that our past experiences can shape us, but they do not have to define our future. My goal is to support individuals in developing greater self-understanding, emotional wellbeing, resilience, and a renewed sense of connection with themselves and their lives.

Your past may have shaped who you are, but it does not have to define who you become. True change begins when we understand ourselves, meet our past with compassion, and recognise that we are already worthy of the life we want to create.
