I'm Leah Hoffman, a licensed therapist specializing in trauma, attachment, and relationships. I work with adults and teens navigating PTSD related to single traumatic events, complex PTSD (C-PTSD), childhood trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and longstanding patterns that leave them feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. My approach is relational, compassionate, and grounded in experiential healing. I particularly appreciate ART's ability to help clients process unresolved experiences, find relief from distressing symptoms, and experience meaningful change in a relatively short period of time. My goal is to help clients shift longstanding patterns and create lasting change in their lives and relationships. I am currently licensed in WI, MN, WA, and NC.
