ART Trained Therapist
Life can be both beautiful and difficult. Painful experiences and trauma can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) offers a gentle and effective approach to help you process difficult experiences, shift unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with your authentic self.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. In addition to ART, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with compassion-focused, mindfulness, and somatic approaches. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, low self-worth, relationship challenges, stress, burnout, and women's concerns. Please note - ART sessions are in-person only.
I honor the courage it takes to show up for yourself, even when things feel overwhelming. Please reach out to learn more about working with me!
