As someone who has experienced long-term infertility and unchosen divorce, I have a heart for counseling Christian women on their own unchosen journeys. I love infusing counseling sessions with creativity and faith.

I have been working in outpatient mental health since 2000 and started my private practice in 2017. I am ART Advance Trained, EMDR Advance Trained, and IFS informed. I have experience counseling wives, adult daughters, sisters, and mothers of first responders as well as individuals who are struggling with nightmares, anxiety from car accidents, and traumatic grief.

On a personal note, I am a cat mom of four beautiful cat girls, all with their own unique personalities!
