I am a Los Angeles-based therapist with over 20 years' experience specializing in trauma treatment. I often work with artists and creatives; high-achieving and high-profile individuals in entertainment, healthcare, and tech; and AAPI clients seeking to heal intergenerational trauma.

I am a Master ART practitioner. I also integrate IFS, EMDR, DBR, clinical hypnosis, and other approaches, depending on the specific needs of the client. I provide regular hourly sessions as well as 3-hour intensives.
