I specialize in helping people gain freedom from PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks and grief. I offer in-person therapy near Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Land O' Lakes, and Tampa area and offer virtual sessions supplementally anywhere in Florida.

My goal is simple: to help you get free, feel clear, find hope, and move forward with your life. I believe healing is possible and therapy should be meaningful, effective, and accessible. My approach to therapy is focused on helping you actually move forward, not staying stuck in an endless process.

My services are private pay which allows for greater flexibility in treatment, better privacy, and more freedom to make decisions based on what best supports each person’s unique healing journey.
