I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University in 1999 and my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Chapman University in 2003. I have worked in the mental health field since 2000, maintained a private practice since 2009, and transitioned to full-time practice in 2017.

My practice focuses on trauma treatment for first responders, public safety professionals, and individuals navigating Washington State Labor & Industries (L&I) claims.

I hold the Emergency Responder Public Safety Certification (ERPSCC, 2026), which includes 40 hours of responder-focused coursework and 16 hours of structured ride-along experience. I have provided more than 700 hours of therapy to first responders and completed field immersion with fire service personnel, 911 dispatch, and the sheriff's office. This experience informs my understanding of critical incident exposure, cumulative trauma, shift work, department culture, hypervigilance, and occupational stress.
I am trained in EMDR, EMDR 2.0, Basic and Advanced ART, CPT, DBT, and CBT.
