Dr. Anita Arrunategui is an Advanced-Master Certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) practitioner and Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor specializing in trauma recovery, PTSD, anxiety, emotional triggers, and unresolved childhood experiences.

As co-founder of Relational Skills, Inc., a nonprofit counseling center in Sarasota, Florida, Dr. Anita is passionate about helping individuals find relief from painful experiences that continue to affect their emotional well-being and relationships.

Biblical principles can be incorporated into counseling according to each client’s preferences.
