A Counselling Therapist & Registered Occupational Therapist with over 20 years experience providing psychotherapy, with specialty in trauma, complex trauma, substance use and ADHD. I believe that one of the most powerful elements in healing and in achieving a life worth living is authenticity, especially within the therapeutic relationship. I also strive to bring compassion, humour, safety, respect and acceptance into the therapy journey. Since being training in ART in 2017 as well as assisting to train hundreds of fellow Canadian clinicians, it is one of my most common modalities that I use in my day-to-day practice, and I have had the honour to witness the healing and profound changes that it brings to my clients lives.
